We may collect your name, contact details, organisation, role, enquiry and meeting information; account and authorised-user details; subscription, billing and transaction records; communications with us, including email and WhatsApp; information supplied for impact activity and reporting; and technical, security and website-usage information such as IP address, browser, device and consent choices.
Please do not send sensitive personal information unless it is necessary and we have asked for it.
How and why we use information
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, arrange meetings, create and administer accounts, provide memberships and platform services, process payments, deliver impact reporting, communicate about an existing relationship, keep our services secure, meet legal and accounting duties, and improve our operations.
