Psyched: Introduction
We’re pleased to welcome Psyched to the Play It Green community.
Psyched helps organisations listen to their people through anonymous employee surveys and AI-led analysis. Its platform gives leaders a clearer view of what is happening across their teams, helping them turn employee feedback into better decisions.
Good feedback matters in any business as it gives people a voice, helps leaders spot patterns and can show where culture, communication or support needs work. The best feedback tools make it easier for people to speak honestly, then help leaders turn that insight into action.
By joining Play It Green, Psyched is linking employee feedback with positive environmental impact. Along with having our climate impact workforce, a tree will be planted for every survey completed, turning workplace insight into nature repair and social impact through Play It Green.
Psyched has created a special promotion code for the Play It Green community. Members can use PLAYITGREEN26 for 26% off, valid until the end of 2026.
This is a simple and positive partnership. Employees get a safe way to share feedback, leaders get clearer insight, and every completed survey helps plant a nature-based solution.
We recently caught up with Founder George Berry to learn more about Psyched, why sustainability matters and what comes next.

Please tell us a little about Psyched and what you do.
Psyched helps organisations understand what their employees genuinely think and feel about work.
We use anonymous, conversational surveys to make it easier for people to give honest and detailed feedback. AI helps us analyse that feedback at scale, identifying the themes, concerns and opportunities that may be difficult to see in traditional survey scores alone.
Leaders receive a clear report explaining what is happening across their teams, why it matters and the practical actions they can take. The aim is to move employee listening away from collecting data for its own sake and towards making informed changes that improve people’s experience of work.
Why is sustainability important to Psyched and the way you operate as a business?
Psyched was created around the idea that technology should make life better for people. That principle should extend beyond the workplace to the wider world in which those people live.
We are still a growing business, so this is the right time to build responsible choices into how we operate rather than treating sustainability as something to add later. Linking every completed survey to tree planting gives our customers and their employees a simple, tangible way to create a positive environmental impact through something they are already doing.
It also reflects the longer-term company we want Psyched to become: commercially successful, socially useful and conscious of the impact it has.
Why did you decide to join Play It Green?
I have followed and supported Play It Green for some time because I like its practical approach to sustainability. It makes positive action accessible to businesses without reducing it to vague promises or complicated commitments.
The partnership also fits naturally with Psyched. Every completed survey represents an employee taking the time to contribute something that could improve their workplace. Planting a nature-based solution alongside that contribution means the same action can support positive change beyond the organisation as well.
Richard has built a strong community around responsible business, and we are pleased for Psyched to become part of it.

What does the future hold for Psyched?
Our immediate focus is to make employee listening more honest, useful and accessible.
That includes developing more conversational and multilingual ways for people to share feedback, giving leaders clearer analysis and continuing to improve the quality of the recommended actions they receive. We want organisations to understand the experiences behind their survey scores rather than relying on a dashboard of numbers.
Over time, I believe this kind of listening will become a normal part of how well-run organisations operate. AI now makes it possible to understand large volumes of open feedback quickly and accurately, while human judgement remains essential when deciding what should happen next.
Our ambition is for Psyched to help more organisations build workplaces where people feel heard and leaders have the information they need to make better decisions.
