CVP Group x Play It Green: New Member
In amazing news, CVP Group has joined the Play It Green community and now has a Climate Positive Workforce.
CVP Group is an independent training provider specialising in professional coaching apprenticeships, organisational coaching, and training people how to coach in the workplace.
With a desire to continually improve their green actions, CVP is now being supported on its sustainability journey with Play it Green. Membership providing a host of carbon reduction support for the business and staff, education, plus a guaranteed ongoing impact. Trees will be planted and 10% of the subscription will go back to CVP Group’s chosen charity Coffee4Craig.
We caught up with Adam Ariff, the founder of CVP Group to find out more about the company, what’s important to them and what the future holds!
Please, tell us a little about CVP Group
Set up by Adam Ariff, CVP Group was established in 2018 as a further education consultancy business. After spending the first few years supporting people moving into employment through government funded training programmes the business switched to supporting those in work improve their opportunities in the workplace.
In 2022 CVP established their Coaching Professional programme and now work with dozens of schools, Trusts and business to make coaching accessible to everyone in the work place. CVP offer up to £5000 worth of funding for people to gain their coaching qualification.

Why is sustainability important to you?
The planet is finite and it needs protecting. At CVP there is a belief if everyone does a little bit then it amounts to big action. Working in partnership with Play It Green is or way or being able to do our little bit.
A lot of the team at CVP love being out in the wilderness, walking and trekking up places like Winter Hill and the Lake District. Giving back helps make the world a better place for everyone.
Why did you decide to collaborate with Play It Green?
ESG and wider corporate governance can be overwhelming. For big publicly listed companies with dedicated teams and people who can focus on their green agenda, it comes more naturally.
For CVP we wanted to work with a partner that was passionate about sustainable working but made the process easy and accessible. We believe in their mission so it was the perfect opportunity for us to get onboard.
What does the future hold for CVP Group?
We will continue to work with our customers and apprentices to enable as many people as we can to fulfill their potential. Coaching can have an amazing impact on those involved and open up opportunities.
As we grow we want to ensure we are giving back, operating ethically, and maintaining a sustainable business that protects the planet and continues to offset our footprint in an ever more challenging environment.
