Fallon Holdings is launching an e-commerce platform dedicated to sustainable pet products. Charlotte, known for her previous success in exiting an eight-figure e-commerce platform and her expertise in brand and strategy consulting, brings a wealth of experience and vision to the partnership.

We were incredibly lucky to catch up with Charlotte Fallon, the visionary behind this venture. During our conversation, Charlotte’s passion for her mission shone through. Please, tell us a little about the History and Values of Fallon Holdings
Fallon Holdings encompasses two key business areas, driven by a dedication to sustainability. Our first venture is epaw, an eco-conscious pet brand available at epawpet.com. We offer a range of sustainable pet products, from bamboo water bowls to compostable poo bags, and are launching recycled plastic dog beds this summer. At epaw, we are committed to listening to our customers and developing products that positively impact the environment. We believe in taking small, sustainable steps to reduce our pets’ carbon footprints, making a big difference one step at a time.
Alongside epaw, we operate an advisory and consultancy service. This branch was born from a demand for my expertise, which I love fulfilling! My background includes co-founding and growing a multi-brand e-commerce company right after university, achieving significant success over six years. I consider myself a jack-of-all-trades with extensive experience in problem-solving across various departments, which supported the rapid growth of our company. Although I could position myself as a COO, my real passion lies in assisting startups and scale-ups in their growth, always with a focus on sustainability.
What’s happening now that’s exciting for Fallon Holdings?
We are thrilled to be launching our new line of pet beds made from recycled plastics this summer. Our initial product tests, including bamboo dog bowls and compostable poo bags, were very popular and nearly sold out. The success of these products has us excited and ready to expand rapidly, depending on funding. Additionally, I’m currently advising some innovative tech clients through our consultancy division, which adds to the exciting developments at Fallon Holdings.

We chose to collaborate with Play It Green because their mission resonates deeply with our philosophy of initiating change through manageable, sustainable actions. While grand gestures are wonderful, they can be daunting or impractical for many due to cost or complexity. Play It Green offers an accessible way to make a difference, which we find incredibly appealing. Richard and his team’s expertise and the sense of community they foster are particularly inspiring. We’re eager to be part of this journey and contribute to a supportive network that prioritizes sustainability.
What does the future hold for Fallon Holdings?
Looking ahead, Fallon Holdings aims to empower more businesses to scale efficiently and surpass their goals. We envision epaw becoming a household name for eco-conscious pet products. Although our current focus is on products for dogs—since I personally have five and know their needs well—we plan to expand our range to include other pets. We also aim to cultivate a community of like-minded individuals who are passionate about sustainability and can influence the direction of epaw. We see a tremendous opportunity to grow alongside a community that cares deeply about our planet and their pets.
