We caught up with Zak Marks, the founder of Kitt Medical to find out more about the company, what’s important to them and what the future holds!
Please, tell us a little about Kitt Medical
My name is Zak and I have lived with a severe allergy to nuts for my entire life. Anyone can develop an allergy to anything at any time in their lives – in fact, 20% of serious anaphylaxis incidents in UK schools occur in children with no prior history of allergies. And looking directly at schools, there’s an estimated 1-2 children with allergies in every classroom across the UK. I’ve grown up around the horror stories of allergy deaths in the news, and have personally experienced forgetting my adrenaline pens, suffering allergy anxiety, and exclusion too often. That’s why I created our now award-winning ‘Anaphylaxis Kitt’ service, providing schools and organisations with a wall-mounted emergency anaphylaxis kit

I definitely have eco-anxiety so I will try and do anything I can do to be more sustainable in my life and business.
