We are excited to introduce LC&V Services as the newest member of the Play It Green community. LC&V Services has two brands that deliver two unique offerings which are LC&V Clinical and LC&V Venues, both founded by Lisa Chapman.
LC&V venues specialise in finding you venues that align with your brand and culture. They understand the importance of the environments you work and learn in best. Their partnered venues are handpicked and have all met their strict criteria. These include excellent quality of service, gorgeous food and outstanding customer experience. Furthermore, they are committed to working towards a greener venue with environmental and social responsibility.
LC&V Clinical is a leading expert in clinical wet lab surgical training and a provider of cutting-edge educational simulation kits. They are committed to practical education, empowering the medical community to excel through hands-on experiences that drive excellence and proficiency in every procedure performed.
LC&V Services now has a Climate Positive Workforce and participates in weekly education delivered directly to every team member’s inbox. This helps reduce environmental impact and promote sustainable practices within their operations and personal lives. As part of this, Play It Green will plant a mix of trees, mangroves, and sea kelp each month for each team member.
Demonstrating their dedication to community and social responsibility, LC&V Services has chosen to support WWF by donating 10% of their subscription fees to this commendable charity.
We recently caught up with founder Lisa Chapman to learn more about LC&V Services’ history, core values, and future plans.
Please, tell us a little about LC&V Services
LC&V Venues find venues which have a strong focus on sustainability and can offer unique team-building experiences or workshops and wellness. We strongly believe spaces should provide a conducive atmosphere for constructive debate and creative thinking where you can have so many magical moments.
Furthermore, we organise accommodation, negotiate terms to align with your business and provide full event management services. Our added value proposition is having a pool of expert leadership trainers which enables us to support you with Leadership training if you have yet to find a leadership trainer for your event.
LC&V Clinical is passionate about supporting graduate veterinary surgeons, final-year students and schedule 3 nurses. Our surgical suture and spay kits can be delivered anywhere in the UK and have been specifically designed to enhance confidence in certain surgical procedures. We organise full wet lab services, which include biomaterials, equipment, set up and clear down either in-house or at one of our partnered venues.
Why is sustainability important to LC&V Services?
Why do we get so excited when we see butterflies going about their business? Isn’t it sad that it’s become the norm to rarely see them anymore? It’s important to us that we enhance our ecosystems, our spaces are important and we need to nurture our environments as we have a responsibility to leave this world how we found it. The hospitality and travel industry can have quite a substantial carbon footprint.
We handpick venues that are actively looking to reduce their carbon footprint and ensure they are improving sustainable practices. This is done by growing their own produce, using local businesses, and minimising waste. This not only contributes to environmental goals but also improves the bottom line through cost-effective operations, which can be invested back into staff, communities and business.
Why did LC&V Services decide to collaborate with Play It Green?

What does the future hold for LC&V Services?
I’m excited for the future, we are seeing a positive move back to face-to-face meetings, training and events. There has been a definite move to fostering work and wellness together. We are seeing a trend in companies booking accommodation, having a meeting, enjoying some great food, then having a team building experience, evening dinner and drink, followed by workshops and spa. I think there is a change in how we approach time away. People are looking for spaces to exercise their senses, learn new skills, indulge in new passions, explore new experiences, and gain new knowledge.
