ONLE Networking x Play It Green: Introduction
We are delighted to announce that ONLE Networking has become a part of the Play It Green community. Founded in 2018 by James and Kelly West, ONLE is a global, dynamic business network that values genuine and non-transactional relationships. By partnering with us, ONLE is reinforcing its commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship.
This collaboration highlights ONLE’s dedication to creating positive impacts, both socially and environmentally. Their choice of the David Lewis Centre as their charity of choice further emphasises their commitment to community well-being.
As a member of the Play It Green community, ONLE is participating in our Climate Positive Workforce initiative. This initiative focuses on educating people about sustainability and reducing carbon footprints. Therefore, ONLE’s involvement is a significant step towards environmental responsibility, demonstrating their efforts to not only minimise their own impact but also inspire others.
We had the opportunity to speak with Kelly West, who shared her enthusiasm for ONLE’s core values, the importance of sustainability in their operations, and the promising future as part of a community deeply committed to protecting our planet.
Please, tell us a little about the History and Values of ONLE Networking
James and I met at a networking event in 2014. We both regularly attended and valued the networking events as they brought so much to us both professionally and personally. Not only that, but we both believe that people are endlessly fascinating and have unlimited potential. We are inspired each day by the passion, innovation and brilliance of people we meet. Furthermore, we believe in the power of community and that ONLE can change networking and ultimately the world.
ONLE is a welcoming, enjoyable, inclusive community where people live a better life together. We don’t believe in any form of discrimination. We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to be part of a supportive community, irrespective of their race, background, location or type of business they represent.

What’s happening now that’s exciting for ONLE Networking?
Since launching in January 2018, we have grown to operate 25 online regional meetings. 22 in the UK and 3 in the US. 2024 sees us expanding our US offering and the opening of further groups as a result. Right now, we are in the middle of launching our new franchise element of the business and are looking forward to welcoming onboard new ONLE franchise owners to share our journey with us.
Another exciting event for us is the GBEA Awards, we are in the final for the Family Business of the Year award for the 4th time and are looking forward to the finals in November. Wish us luck!
Why did ONLE Networking decide to collaborate with Play It Green?
