Our Partner, Lighthouse Sustainability is Two

Happy Birthday

Did you know that our sustainability partner, Lighthouse Sustainability has just celebrated its second birthday?

As their business continues to grow, they are excited to reflect on their achievements – it’s good to do that, right?

Being a small company means that they are a tight group and that they work closely and personally with their clients and partners.

Heading up Lighthouse Sustainability is their Founder Emma Burlow, supported by Jo Jones, who specialises in partnerships and impact, and coordinates and supports their associate trainers.

New to the team within PR, Comms, and marketing is Em Varney-Long, and their most recent team member is their admin whizz Rose-Anne Lapuz.

Their partnerships have been invaluable in the growth of our business, particularly that of their Carbon Literacy training courses accredited by the Carbon Literacy Project.

Lighthouse’s strength and impact come from its network, which continues to grow.

What are their goals?

It is simple; every business needs to reduce its impact on the planet.

Changing business strategy is key but changing the workforce’s mindset is essential to make things happen.

They mobilise this change by providing training and solutions for businesses.

At the centre of everything they do is change-making; by training the next generation of changemakers in Carbon Literacy and Circular Economy, they enable individuals and organisations to be part of that change.

In 2023, they will continue to grow their range of courses and network of trainers and aim to train 1000 employees.

A huge task? Well – they have made a good start.

Join them in celebrating our second birthday by sharing ideas about creating change.
